Slutty Cheesecake Bars

**Recipe taken from Delish: Insane Sweets

1 (16.5oz.) log refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

20 ea. Oreos

16 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/2 c. sugar

2 ea. eggs

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

pinch salt

--Press cookie dough into bottom of an 8x8 pan

--Top with a single layer of Oreos, breaking them up to fit if necessary

--Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt until incorporated

--Pour cream cheese mixture over Oreo layer. Top with broken Oreo pieces

--Bake at 325 for 30-35 minutes

--Refrigerate until completely chilled, at least 3 hours

--Drizzle with caramel
