About Me

My name is Tiffany Youngman. I bake and deliver to all of Central, Western and Upstate New York.

A LITTLE HISTORY -- Soon after starting my first job at a bakery in a local supermarket, I realized this is what I wanted to do with the rest of my life.  Soon after graduating highschool, I attended

The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.  I completed a 4 month externship at Turning Stone Resort.  In the years since graduating I've worked as Executive Pastry Chef in places such as Mirbeau Inn & Spa, Pittsford Farms Dairy & Bakery, The Corner at Skaneateles Bakery and Francesca's Cucina.
